Smoothie Recipes

Smoothies are ideal grab-and-go drinks that let you incorporate seeds, protein, or other ingredients you might typically avoid due to personal preference.

  • Pumpkin Pie Smoothie (High Protein)

    Ingredients for 1 serving

    13/4 scoop Protein powder of your choice

    ¼ cup (57 g) Coconut milk canned regular

    ½ cup (120 g) Pumpkin puree

    ¾ cup (184 g) Almond milk unsweetened fortified

    ½ tsp Pumpkin pie spice

    8 cup (1744 g) Ice (frozen water)

    ½  large, about 8" long Bananas raw

    ¼ tsp Cinnamon ground

    ½tbsp Maple syrup

  • Ingredients for 1 serving

    1 packet Splenda

    ½ cup (120 g) Vanilla almond milk

    ¾ cup (184 g) Greek yogurt plain nonfat

    ⅓ cup (42 g) Espresso

    ½ tsp Vanilla extract

    2 tbsp Chia seeds

    10 g (0.35 oz) Dark chocolate

    2 tbsp Cocoa powder

    ½cup (41 g) Oatmeal or rolled oats regular or quick dry uncooked

    1cup Ice (frozen water)

    1-2 Scoops Whey Protein of your choice

    1 Medium Banana


  • Ingredients for 1 serving

    3 large (2-1/2" dia) Figs raw

    ½ cup vanilla almond milk unsweetened

    1 ½ cup Greek yogurt plain low fat

    1 tbsp Hemp seeds

  • Ingredients for 1 serving

    ⅓ cup Coconut milk canned light

    3 tbsp, ground Flaxseeds

    2/3 cup Water

    1 cup Pineapple chunks frozen

    1 1/2 Scoop Protein Powder of your choice

    2 Cup Spinach all varieties raw

    2 oz Frozen banana

Breakfast Recipes

Breakfast recipes for days when you have a little extra time or for meal prepping to enjoy throughout the week.

  • Ingredients for 5 cake slices

    1 cup Kodiak Birthday Pancake mix

    3 eggs

    ½ cup Greek Yogurt

    1 cup of blueberries

    1 tsp vanilla extract (for toppings)

    ½ tsp salt

    2 tbsp honey

    Grease pan with avocado oil spray or any desired oil or butter. Mix all ingredients into the pan. Add blueberries on top. Bake for 20-30 mins. Or until golden brown on top at 300-350 degrees.

    Slice into 5 equal slices and freeze. Toast when ready.

  • Ingredients for 4 servings

    2 ¼ cup Egg white

    9 large egg

    3 cup Salsa

    3 cup, chopped Bell Peppers

    Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a muffin tin with muffin liners.Dice bell peppers and cook in a pan coated with non-stick spray over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, until slightly tender.Mix together egg whites, eggs, peppers, and season  mixture with salt and pepper. Divide mixture evenly among muffin tin, bake for 15-20 minutes, or until eggs are set. Serve with salsa on the side.

  • Ingredients for 12 servings

    2 cups flour

    1 tbsp baking power

    ½ tsp salt

    1 cup greek yogurt

    1 egg

    ½ block of cream cheese

    Egg wash

    Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl. Mix all wet ingredients in another bowl. Slowly incorporate each bowl. Form 12 balls and insert a cube of cream cheese inside each ball. Brush each ball with egg wash. Bake for 20 minutes at 275 degrees and lower temperature to 250 for another 10 minutes.
