  • Book a consultation with Coach Mia via the website or DM on Instagram. Once you’re set up, you’ll receive instructions to download the app and access your program.

Online Fitness Training

  • You’ll meet with Coach Mia over a secure video platform at a scheduled time. Mia will guide you through your customized workout, give instant feedback on your form, and answer your questions as you go.

  • All you need is a device with a camera (phone, tablet, or computer), a stable internet connection, and some space to move. Your workouts will be designed around any equipment you have—or none at all!

  • Yes! You get real-time coaching, form corrections, and accountability—just like in-person sessions. Plus, you can train from anywhere, with no commute.

  • Absolutely. Mia will watch your movements live and provide immediate feedback, ensuring you’re performing exercises safely and effectively.
